TERMS of USE

The Virtual Pose ® images are to be used as visual references only, and CANNOT be used, modified, or reproduced as a photographic images —in whole or in part, in any medium or form, may it be electronic or print.

Anyone who purchases a new and legal copy of Virtual Pose ® (with an unbroken CD-ROM seal) from an authorized reseller is therefore granted a license to produce and sell original artwork that may closely resemble the photographic images presented in the Virtual Pose ® QTVR movies ("The Poses"). (In other words, the Poses are NOT "Royalty Free" and you must treat the virtual models are you would real models: using their photographs without permission is prohibited. However, you may create art based upon the poses. Feel free to draw, paint, and sculpt them as closely as possible to the original images. However, you cannot use the actual "pixels" from the CD ROM or scan the photographs.)

Once the CD-ROM seal is broken, this license cannot be transferred or resold!

If you purchased Virtual Pose ® with a broken CD-ROM seal, the license is void and you can only use the images in The Poses to create original artwork NOT intended for sale. If you resell your book and/or accompanying CD-ROM, you must destroy any legal back-up copy(s) or printouts of The Poses. The Poses are licensed for individual and private use only. Any unauthorized copying, hiring, renting, public performance and broadcasting of The Poses is strictly prohibited.

The Poses are provided “as is” and without warranty. StudioView Interactive, LLC., disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, and shall not be liable for damages resulting from the use or inability to use The Poses.

RESTRICTED ACADEMIC USE: Teachers wishing to use The Poses in their classrooms in lieu of a live model can only do so if each student purchases his or her own copy—NO EXCEPTIONS! (For example, if you use a pose from VP3, each student must purchase his or her own copy of VP3, and so on...)
